AFCEA Southern Maryland is a member-driven organization that facilitates engagement among academia, industry, and government on emerging STEM and cybersecurity issues that threaten our national security and industrial infrastructures. Our membership additionally supports STEM student mentorship and provides scholarship support for STEM students in pursuit of their college degrees.
The Southern Maryland Chapter is focused on NAVAIR, and the Patuxent River NAS. Chapter activities include monthly luncheons, scholarships, teaching awards, training classes, and a symposium.
